By accessing or using Tonr (“the Service”), available at tonr.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tonr provides a library of AI-generated music tracks for use in video content, podcasts, and other creative projects. The Service includes browsing, searching, downloading music, and a copyright checking tool.

3. Music License

All music tracks on Tonr are AI-generated and provided under the following terms:

  • Free tier: You may use tracks in any personal or commercial project with attribution to Tonr.
  • Pro tier: You may use tracks in any personal or commercial project without attribution.
  • You may not redistribute tracks as standalone music files or claim them as your own compositions.
  • You may not use tracks to train AI models or build competing services.

4. AI-Generated Content

All music on Tonr is generated using AI models. While we check every track against a database of 70M+ copyrighted songs, we cannot guarantee absolute copyright safety. We provide the copyright check as a best-effort service. You are ultimately responsible for verifying the suitability of any track for your specific use case.

5. Copyright Checker

The copyright checking tool compares uploaded audio against third-party databases. Results are informational only and do not constitute legal advice. A “safe” result does not guarantee your content will not receive a copyright claim on any platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
  • Upload harmful, malicious, or illegal content to the copyright checker
  • Overwhelm the Service with automated requests without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Tonr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including copyright claims, lost revenue, or content removal on third-party platforms.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
