  • Usage data: Pages visited, tracks played, search queries, download counts. Used to improve the Service and recommendations.
  • Copyright checker uploads: Audio files uploaded for copyright checking are processed in real-time and not permanently stored.
  • Account data (if registered): Email address and display name. Used for account management and communication.

2. What We Don't Collect

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties
  • We do not track you across other websites
  • We do not require an account to browse or download music
  • We do not store audio files from the copyright checker

3. How We Use Data

  • To provide and improve the music library and search experience
  • To understand what tracks and genres are most useful to creators
  • To detect and prevent abuse of the Service
  • To communicate with registered users about their account

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Vercel — hosting and analytics (privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
  • Neon — database hosting (privacy policy: neon.tech/privacy)
  • Cloudinary — cover image delivery and optimization (privacy policy: cloudinary.com/privacy)
  • Cloudflare R2 — object storage for audio, exports, and uploads
  • Cloudflare — content delivery and security

5. Cookies

Tonr uses essential cookies for basic functionality (session management). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics are privacy-friendly and do not require cookie consent.

6. Data Retention

Usage data is retained for up to 12 months. Account data is retained until you delete your account. Copyright checker uploads are processed in real-time and discarded immediately after.

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
